The last several years have been especially tough for many. Earnings were down, if there were earnings at all. Many lost their jobs, or took pay cuts. Times have just been hard.

Well, we at Vantage understand that even the most sound financial situations can change without much warning, and we think people deserve a second chance, a fresh start.
